Consultancy

We all know the typical scenario. You know you aren’t working at your peak efficiency with your business, IT wise, and you want to fix this. However, you aren’t sure how to proceed. This is where we come in. After a talk with you about your needs and requirements, we start analyzing your current environment. In this phase, we identify weaknesses in your system, and how we could improve those.
A ‘before’ picture is made, sort of speak
Then, using your needs and requirements as a basis, we draw up a new (or improved) environment.
The ‘after’ image is presented to you, together with our offer. You will find this offer competitive and c
omplete.

Implementation

After the consultancy phase, and if you choose us as your IT partner, we start acquiring the needed hard- and software to complete your upgrade.
Then, after choosing an implementation time and date together with you, we start upgrading your environment. This time and date can be after business hours, during weekends and during holidays. In bigger projects, we usually propose a phased approach, in which a clearly definable part is implemented step by step. This is all done with as little interruption to your business as possible.
After the implementation, the deliverables, as set forth during the consultancy phase, are compared with the delivered upgrade. You will find that all discussed items have been implemented correctly. This is what we stand for, and what we firmly believe in.

Training

If it is determined during the consultancy phase, that end-user training is needed, we will, together with you, draw up a training plan.
After this, either we, our one of our partners, will provide the training for your people.

After-sales support

When everything is working as you would like it, our job doesn’t end here. We can propose a maintenance contract, in which we maintain your network and, if wanted, your hardware. Also, in the event that there are issues, we can provide you with telephone support, on-line or on-site support.
If wanted, we can provide off-site storage for your critical backups.
